Consulting

Case Study: Moving beyond handout

Initiative A has been blessing the nations through their generosity in sponsoring projects in poor and underdeveloped nations. However, the founders wanted to see greater effectiveness on the use of their resources.

BAM Int'l partnered and provided consulting work to help develop innovative strategies, frameworks, and training aimed at transitioning from traditional models of charity to dynamic frameworks that actively engage the different sectors of society. The focus shifts from mere distribution of resources to building capacity and encouraging active participation, enhancing the local work to be more sustainable and empowering the ministry work to advance and engage the different spheres of the community they lived amongst.

This model is now being used and multiplied in other nations.
